    GROWTH THAT PRIORITIZES RELATIONSHIPS

Move beyond traditional methods that scratch the surface.

We engage in experience and reflection, so people can develop a shared understanding of their needs and learn through feeling and practice. And we empower people and organizations to embrace discomfort and bring a unified vision to change systems and behaviors at the root of inequity.

    People Learning & (Un/Re)learning

Bridge the gap between theory (what you learn) and practice (what you do), so you have more confidence in your ability to apply what you learn and improve your ability to integrate new behaviors.

    • Expand your capacity to face challenges and discomfort with confidence. We encourage you and your employees to openly discuss topics so everyone can better understand challenging situations, improve collaboration, and strengthen relationships.

    • Promote inclusion, understanding and positive action by creating mutual awareness of employees’ experiences and perspectives related to diverse identities, backgrounds, experiences, or viewpoints. We support your organization with topics ranging from all-staff conversations that help process complex emotions to more tailored sessions with key individuals to engage in DEI journey mapping, and everything in between.

    • Create transformative and lasting change by bridging the gap between theory (what you learn) and practice (what you put into action). We provide experiences that engage you and your teams in a unique self-explorative approach to understanding yourselves and how you relate to each other.

    Inclusive DEI Strategy & Evaluation

Increase confidence across your organization throughout your DEI journey with strategic implementation that support real culture change.

    • Use a data-driven process that helps your organization identify where it currently stands in its DEI journey and the opportunities for continued learning, growth, and change. We approach assessment and evaluation with inclusion to ensure your goals will truly meet the needs of your organization.

    • Keep your organization informed and engaged with a highly visual experience that maintains a shared vision and accountability measures across positions. We guide you through a phased model process to create a map that accounts for the need to flow with change and outline measurable outcomes with actionable steps to reach your goals.

    • Minimize reliance on outside consultants for more sustainable change. Build a group of experts within your organization to steward the DEI process through implementation and evolution. We do this by strengthening facilitation skills with an emphasis on sitting with discomfort and engaging your employees in the thinking and feeling parts of DEI work.

    Self-Driven Development Opportunities

Access tools and resources to meet your specific growth goals. We carefully curate practical opportunities to strengthen relationships that improve DEI within your organization. You decide what feels right for you!

    • Learn from authentic, unscripted conversations with experts about the situations and experiences that are left unaddressed in workplaces and other professional settings. The series is a development tool to learn practical ways to engage in the complex work of DEI.

    • Pour into yourself, interact on a deeper level with people in your networks, and strengthen a shared connection to each other as a community that understands relationships are essential to positive change.
